Allison Gerrard is the lead instructor at Moral Courage College. A scholar who's also a drummer, she's been called "the badass of behavioral science." Previously, Allison led the Hidden Talents Lab in the University of Utah's psychology department. There, she worked directly with youth, listening and learning from them as much they did from her.
