Susan Smalley is Professor Emerita in the Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences at UCLA and a behavioral geneticist, investor, activist and writer. Diana Winson is the Director of Mindfulness Education at UCLA's Mindful Awareness Research Center and author of The Little Book of Being: Practices and Guidance for Uncovering Your Natural Awareness.
