Erin Raftery Ryan is the CEO of NAMI Westside Los Angeles. With a background spanning nonprofit leadership, advocacy, and storytelling, Erin focuses on early intervention and youth mental health. She has worked on Capitol Hill, in film and education initiatives, and holds degrees from the University of Connecticut, and Harvard Business School. Erin and Randy have been happily married for 17 years and are the proud parents of two daughters—one Gen Z and one Gen Alpha.
