Addison Carson is a 16 year old junior at Harvard-Westlake school. She has always had an interest in mental health, and is constantly looking to find ways to help others, and also remind people they are not alone. It is so important to speak out about how we are feeling, and as a part of the Friends of Semel Teen Advisory Council, she wants to work on de-stigmatizing mental health. In the future, She hopes to continue her education, and study both psychology and political science in college.
