Jacob Sartorius is a 21 year old social media personality and singer who gained popularity on social media by posting lip-syncing videos to popular songs. He eventually transitioned to creating original music and released several singles and extended plays (EPs). Some of his notable singles and EPs include "Sweatshirt, "Hit or Miss," "Last Text," "Chapstick," and "Hit Me Back feat. Blackbear".
